Julia's Oatmeal Apple Pancakes

This is what we have for breakfast some mornings. John requests them every morning, but I'm not THAT good. And believe it or not, this is VERY Weight Watcher friendly.

1 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C All purpose flour
1/2 C Oatmeal
1/2 C Dry Non-fat milk
2 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda

Combine the dry ingredients well

1 1/2 C Water (or if omitting the dry milk, 1 1/2 C skim milk)
1/2 C Egg Beaters (or 2 eggs - increases the caloric content)
2 T Applesauce
1 t Oil

Combine the wet ingredients separately. Then pour wet ingredients into dry and mix just until the dry ingredients are incorporated. Makes 20 pancakes (Little less than 1/4 C per pancake)

Here's the glory of it all. for 4 pancakes it's 3 pts. (that's 203 calories, 2 g fat, 4 g fiber)

So my breakfast this morning was 4 pancakes for 3 pts. 2T applesauce for 0 pts, 1T ICBINB for 1 pt, and 2T of syrup for 1 pt. A 5 pt breakfast, perfect.
